Because first impressions can be lasting ones, consider using at least two interviewers in the initial meeting with a job candidate. This allows the interviewers to compare notes and discuss strengths and potential problem areas.

Don't forget to profile your candidates before the first interview! If you're impressed with the candidate and would like more information about personality tendencies, then send us the Profile. If he or she is not worthy of further consideration, simply delete it from your online account (or discard the Profile form).
