Q. I just viewed my Profile on your Web site and noticed that six interview questions accompany the Profile. What should I do with them?

A. These behaviorally-based interview questions are provided free of charge for your use. Consider asking them in a follow-up interview as a supplement to your regular bank of interview questions.

Keep in mind that if you profile with us regularly, you may see the same questions pop up from time to time. This is because they are chosen at random from our database of interview questions. Our analysts select the appropriate question categories based upon the candidate’s potential strengths and challenges, and any personality issues noted in the Profile.

On occasion, some of our clients have the candidate answer all six interview questions, and either fax or e-mail the responses to us. While we take pleasure in knowing you’re using the questions to help you “hire and keep the best,” we currently do not offer additional analysis of an interviewee’s responses.
